On Monday this week I headed out to Casuarina Sands to celebrate the launch of FeralFishScan, a new community website. People help by recording sightings of pest fish in the FeralFishScan community mapping facility that covers different catchment areas. This data will then be available for everyone to see and use. The Upper Murrumbidgee is the pilot for FeralFishScan, which will then be rolled out nationally.

What was extra special about Monday, was that Bernd and Jarrod from Canberra based A. Baker restaurant, brought along some fabulous carp creations – they were seriously yummy and, next year, you will have the opportunity to buy tickets to dine at A. Baker on carp and other local produced goodies!
