The 2013 TERN Symposium will run from 18 – 21 February, at Old Parliament House in Canberra. The symposium will showcase the breadth of TERN’s work across ecosystem science in Australia, covering a range of issues such as sustainable landuse, biodiversitycarbonecosystem data management, climate variability, and delivery of research infrastructure.

TERN has fostered a collaborative approach to delivering world class ecosystem science, and the symposium will provide an opportunity to tap into the wealth of novel science, solutions, tools and infrastructure that this powerful network is producing. TERN is enabling scientists, managers and policy-makers to better address Australia’s big environmental challenges – so this a not-to-be-missed event for anyone working to improve the understanding and management of Australia’s ecosystems.

The program looks terrific and I have signed up to attend, I look forward to seeing you there
